Technology drives our business. Our help desk team works close with all our departments — sales, accounting, and our developers. Support specialists will have a natural love of technology and a communication style that pushes the envelope for customer service. Our goals are to provide efficient support for our users, detailed reports for our dev team and increased staff happiness with our technology. The main support will be for internal websites, you will support via phone, remote control access, email and Slack. The goal is to be patient and solve problems. Secondarily, this will position will serve as backup support for miscellaneous IT or operational tasks. From auditing logs to helping setup email addresses to attending a meeting with a client to represent our support.
The role of front-end designer/developer is ideal for someone who enjoys optimizing consumer interaction and driving consumer response. You will improve the relationship with our consumers through creativity and problem-solving, using a wide range of tools. You will be an integral part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company, and you'll have the influence and tools available to rapidly grow our business. We are looking for someone with design and development experience, an interest in understanding consumer behavior, and the enthusiasm to push us forward.
