Help Desk Support Miami Beach

Technology drives our business. Our help desk team works close with all our departments — sales, accounting, and our developers. Support specialists will have a natural love of technology and a communication style that pushes the envelope for customer service. Our goals are to provide efficient support for our users, detailed reports for our dev team and increased staff happiness with our technology. The main support will be for internal websites, you will support via phone, remote control access, email and Slack. The goal is to be patient and solve problems. Secondarily, this will position will serve as backup support for miscellaneous IT or operational tasks. From auditing logs to helping setup email addresses to attending a meeting with a client to represent our support.

  • Technology minded. For example: Being able to understand how to fill out a form, troubleshoot internet problems, etc. Let's say you're buying something on Amazon and the page doesn't load, you would think of all solutions to fix the problem before sending Amazon an email. Does this sound like you??
  • Do you have an understanding of basic computer support? Like setting up an email, clearing cookies/cache, hard refreshing a page, etc. We can teach the right person these things if you are passionate about this and comfortable with settings on a computer.
  • Do you ask the right questions to get to the source of the problem? Will you research to find the answer?
  • Are you awesome with communicating? You must have excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Any experience supporting Apple products, both desktop and mobile?
  • Do your friends call on you when their computer is acting up for advice?
  • Can you create simple emails that can communicate a solution?
  • Some type of IT/Help Desk support would be a big bonus
  • Experience or PASSION for exceptional customer service is a MUST!!!
