Email Marketing Manager New York City, NY

Union Square Media is seeking a data driven Email Marketing Manager who will apply both analytical and creative skills to email channels. The successful candidate will be an analytical and results-driven individual with strong quantitative skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (onboarding, newsletters, lifecycle, loyalty campaigns etc.) to generate engagement, drive upgrades and reduce attrition
  • Facilitate feedback from all parties and teams involved with each email
  • Manage weekly and ad hoc reporting for all business units on top KPI’s, and maintain daily and weekly data dashboards and performance tracking spreadsheets
  • Champion continuous improvement of email performance including subject line testing, dynamic content, personalization, segmentation, template development, A/B testing and time of day testing

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ managing and analyzing complex email campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end email campaigns, from audience segmentation to email creative development, including deployment and measurement
  • Experience in email marketing, database marketing, acquisition marketing or related field
  • Proven ability to interpret complex data sets and derive insights to influence marketing strategy
  • Expertise in ESP/CRM platforms and email best practices
  • Proven leader that can drive team members toward a common goal
  • Experience developing marketing assets with a Creative team
  • Extremely analytical with ability to speak to deliverables and business impact of campaigns

Sr. Affiliate Manager Los Angeles, CA

The Senior Affiliate manager role is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities involved with affiliate publishing of Union Square Media advertising campaigns. He/she will work closely with the Affiliate Management Team, Sales Team and Management to ensure success for both the affiliate and advertiser across CPA, CPC and CPM channels. Senior affiliate managers are responsible for understanding all online promotion channels, including Search, Display, Social and PPV. Understanding of affiliate marketing is crucial for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring affiliate activity, analyzing performance, identifing areas of improvement, and recommending ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues
  • Maintaining high level of communication with affiliates, recommending new campaigns for affiliates and providing performance feedback to advertiser team
  • Supplying creative packages, links and reporting to affiliates as needed
  • Communicating and monitoring compliance or brand guidelines in affiliate channel
  • Proactively monitoring traffic sources on all campaigns ensuring quality and scalability
  • Recruiting new affiliates through research, referrals and other avenues
  • Set-up and management for monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue growth

Requirements:

Digital Media Coordinator Los Angeles, CA

Union Square Media has an immediate opening for a Digital Media Coordinator in our Los Angeles location.

We are looking for recent grads or entry level candidates with prior exposure or heavy interest in Digital Marketing. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in rapid career growth and the opportunity to create your own path. The Digital Media Coordinator will work hand in hand with our sales and account management team to provide campaign analytics and support.
